Client Policies

• To make the most of our session time, please arrange to be in a place where you can speak freely and are away from unnecessary distractions.

• I ask for 24-hour notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling a session, except under extenuating circumstances. It will otherwise be considered a paid session.

• No refunds are provided. We may extend the term of the coaching if you are unable to engage during the originally contracted time.
